Monday Meals: Weekly Meal Plan


This past weekend was a whirlwind of laundry, cooking, shopping and even some relaxation in theresomewhere! The first of my JBF sales completed on Saturday and I picked up my un-sold items Sunday evening. I put in 86 clothing items (a lot for me, but not in the grand-scheme of things let me tell yousome people put in 300+!!), but I only picked up 19!!! I’d say that’s pretty good!!!

Now that the weekend's over it's back to business as usual. So, here is this week’s (somewhat unhealthy, but YUMMY) meal plan!

Monday 3/12
 Breakfast: Pop-Tarts
        Lunch: Hot Chicken/Cheese Deli Roll (using this recipe)
        Dinner: Honey Chicken and brown rice
Tuesday 3/11
        Breakfast: Oatmeal
        Lunch: fishsticks
        Dinner: Birthday dinner out for The Hubster!!!
Wednesday 3/12 HAPPY BIRTHDAY to The Hubster!!!
        Breakfast: Cinnamon French Toast Casserole
        Lunch: Cheese Quesadillas
        Dinner: Ham Tettrizini (recipe on Wednesday!)
Thursday 3/8 (Dad’s day off!!!)
        Breakfast: homemade sausage biscuits & sausage gravy
 Lunch: Daddy’s Choice
green beans, salad, garlic bread
Friday 3/9
        Breakfast: Dry cereal, leftover French Toast Casserole
        Lunch: Chicken Nuggets
        Dinner: Homemade Bacon-Cheese Pizza (recipe next week!)
Saturday 3/10
        Breakfast: Poptarts, dry cereal
        Lunch: Ramen Noodle Soup
        Dinner: Leftovers
Sunday 3/4
        Breakfast: Eggs w/ bacon & cheese
        Lunch: Family lunch: Lasagna, salad, green beans, garlic bread &
THIS for dessert!!
